The above criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the criminal revision case.

The respondent has been served. Mr.M.Rajasekaran, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has not been served with the papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to serve the papers on the learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection for condoning the delay.

In view of 'No Objection'
expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
