This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.01.2022 in pursuant to the order in Crl.M.P.No.54 of 2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, on 09.01.2023.
