This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in S.T.C.No.2580 of 2021 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Tack Court-1, Egmore at Allikulam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 87 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
