This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22118 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22118 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, without fail is relaxed.
