ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner to proceed with his construction activities.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has succeeded in the company application filed before a learned single Judge of this Court in Comp. A.No.1087 of 2008 in Comp. Petn. No.14 of 1997 and also in the appeal in O.S.A.No.3 of 2015 despite which the petitioner is not able to enjoy the property.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Official Liquidator has taken the matter to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and no stay has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. However, admittedly, on the complaint of the petitioner in CSR No.191 of 2016 dated 22.09.2016 before the respondent police, a petition inquiry is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner in accordance with law so that no law and order problem ensures. With the above directions, this petition is closed.
