ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.407 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

3. The defendant in O.S. No. 407 of 2021 seeks expeditious disposal of the said suit, which is pending before the I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

4. It is seen that issues were framed in the year 2024, but the trial has not yet commenced, as Interlocutory Applications are still pending consideration.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. The I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of all pending Interlocutory Applications within a period of eight weeks, and thereafter expedite the trial and dispose 2/4

of the suit on or before 31.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
