ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the temple by name Arulmigu Sri Alarmel Mangala Sametha Sri Ananda Venkatesa Perumal and Sivalayam of "Kaliyua Varadhan Deva Sena Valli Deivayanai cum Murugaperumal" on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner to the respondents on 31.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 31.10.2016 to the Inspector of Police, T-10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station, Thirumullaivoyal, by registered post with acknowledgment due.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on such representation being given, the same shall be enquired into, by calling all the parties and action taken in accordance with law, for providing sufficient police protection, so that no untoward incident takes place. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
