CMP.Nos.18915, 18918 & 18905 of 2021 in CMA.No.3141 of 2011 M.DHANDAPANI,J These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 744 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in CMA.No.3141 of 2011.
