The 5th respondent in the Writ Petition has filed this Contempt Petition stating that the orders of this Court dated 12.11.2024 has not been complied with in letter and spirit and that patta has already been granted to the writ petitioner on the basis of the order under contempt. The remedy available to the petitioner herein is to challenge the grant of patta in the manner known to law and not to initiate Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the sub application is closed. No costs.
