WP.No.14854 of 2014: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, Directing the respondents 3 and 4 to include the petitioner name for the promotion panel for the Middle School Head Master from 1.6.2014 on par with her juniors in Thiruthuraipoondi Union along with all benefits.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.K. SASIDHARAN,J.] The learned Government Advocate, by placing reliance on the Government Order in G.O.Ns.No.165 School Eduation 3(1) Department dated 15.10.2014, fairly submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ appeal, in view of the subsequent decision taken by the Government, whereby and whereunder, Government directed that the two years Diploma in Teahcer Training, obtained prior to 1987 after passing 10th Standard, shall be considered as equivalent to +2(Higher Secondary).

In view of the Government Order referred to above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal. 3.
