ORDER
Mr.D.Harikrishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports that the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4261 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 has been complied with. His fear is that the child might not be sent during vacation despite order of this Court. There cannot be an anticipatory contempt. In case the order is violated, the petitioner can always workout his rights by filing an appropriate petition.
