This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14541 of 2023, dated 30.06.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that charge sheet in this case has been filed and not yet taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
