This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4195 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.24417 of 2022 dated 24.03.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
