Today (i.e. 19.03.2024), when the matter was called in the morning time there was no representation for the appellants, since even on earlier occasion, there was no representation for the appellants, the matter was passed over for a while. Again it was called before completion of the list, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
