O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order dated 20.01.2024 in Ref. No.TN 7202401201679 passed by the second respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may permit the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Civil Court for getting legal heir certificate within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General has not raised any objection in this regard.

4. Heard the learned counsel for bothsides and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case grants liberty to the petitioner to

work out his remedy before the civil Court for getting legal heir certificate.
