This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 119 days in filing the above criminal revision petition against the order dated 25.11.2024 passed in R.No.502 of 2021 in C.C.No.153 of 2021 by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai (FAC), Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 119 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
