This petition is filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4160 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23800 of 2022 dated 24.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, every alternative months at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
