PRAYER:

Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, to order for early disposal of O.S.No.18 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2011, within a stipulated time.

2. The revision petitioner is the second defendant in the above suit and respondents 1 and 2 herein filed the suit for partition.

3. It is seen from the remarks of the learned trial Judge dated 14.11.2025, the suit in O.S.No.18 of 2011 was posted for plaintiff's side arguments. In the meantime, the fifth defendant died and hence, I.A.Nos. 8 and 9 of 2025 were filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased fifth defendant. The trial Judge has also sought three months' time to dispose of the suit.

4. Taking into consideration the suit is of the year 2011 and it is in the advanced stage of arguments, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the trial Judge to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
