Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as on date, a case has been registered and he would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, which is filed without Crime Number with a liberty to file a fresh application with a Crime number and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
