This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 23.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8733 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12036 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
