This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 117 days in filing to appeal as against the judgement dated 04.01.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.92 of 2020 by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Vellore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 117 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
