This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner/2nd Accused has to appear before the Inspector Police, Tirupur South Police Station every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders passed in Crl.MP.No.7891 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5517 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.7891 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5517 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
