Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, directing the 1st respondent herein to restore the petitioner's Director Identification Number (DIN-02199056) and rectify the necessary records of the Respondent as available with it to that effect.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted without going to the merits of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh application for restoration of Direct Identification Number and on such application being filed, the respondents may be directed to consider and pass orders on the same.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for passing the said order.
