ORDER
The above petition is filed to amend the prayer in the writ miscellaneous petition in WMP.No. 20463 of 2024 in WP.No. 18654 pf 2024 From "Therefore, it is respectfully prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the 2nd respondent from disbursing the remaining 50 % of the gratuity amount to the employees which was deposited to the 2nd respondent as per the order of the Honourable High court made in W.P.No.20393 of 2021dated 04.10.2021 pending the disposal of the present writ petition and thus render justice."
