ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 11.08.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 307 and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1233 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail from 11.08.2021. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is second bail application of the petitioner and the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. He further submitted that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are four previous cases pending as against the petitioner and the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
