This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2021 within the stipulated period as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.07.2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
