ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondents wherein it is stated that a sum of Rs.1,47,46,190/- which has been recovered pursuant to an attachment of the petitioner's bank account is liable to be refunded and it is also stated that the refund would be made within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It was thus submitted that nothing survives for adjudication.

2. In view of the affidavit now filed stating that nothing survives for adjudication, the writ petition stands closed recording the same. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.11.2024 Speaking (or) Non Speaking Order Index : Yes/ No mka 2/4
