(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ appeal and has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

" I respectfully submit that this appeal is withdrawn as infructuous."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected C.M.P. No. 6019 of 2016 is dismissed. No costs.
