3.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2014 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put eight years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic Page No.2 of 6

working as Sweeper from the year 2016 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put six years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic to consider for regularization, however, no order has been passed. W.P.No.23303 of 2023:

7.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2015 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put seven years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic to consider for regularization, however, no order has been passed. 8.Mr.B.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that now, the Municipality decided for outsourcing the post of Sweeper. The fact that the petitioner have been working from the years 2014 (1st petitioner), 2013 (2nd petitioner), 2015 (3rd & 5th petitioners) and 2016 (4th petitioner) is not disputed.

9.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners 1, 3 to 5, dated 13.07.2021 and 2nd petitioner, dated 12.07.2021 and pass order on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

10.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
