3.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2013 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put nine years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic Page No.2 of 6

4.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2009 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put thirteen years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic period. However, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents to consider for regularization, however, no order has been passed.

5.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2016 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put six years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic W.P.No.23255 of 2023:

working as Sweeper from the year 2013 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put nine years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic W.P.No.23258 of 2023:

7.The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has been working as Sweeper from the year 2016 in the 2nd respondent Municipality has put six years of continuous service, even during COVID-19 pandemic 8.Mr.B.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that now, the Municipality decided for outsourcing the post of Sweeper. The fact that the petitioners have been working from the years 2009 (2nd petitioner), 2013 (1st & 4th petitioner) and 2016 (3rd & 5th petitioners) is not disputed.

9.In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioners 1, 3 to 5, dated 13.07.2021 and 2nd petitioner, dated 12.07.2021 and pass order on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

10.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
