Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the application for Patta submitted by the petitioner on 26.07.2022 in respect of the property in Survey No.77/1 at Avarapakkam Village, Tindivanam Taluk.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same.
