1076 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent that the petitioner report before the 2nd and 3rd respondents daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders respectively, and consequently directing the petitioner to report before the any Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet at Chennai, in Crime Nos.1302/2015, 961 and 967/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent, in Crime Nos.322 and 335/2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and in Crime No.1076/2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file six separate individual petitions for modification.

3. The Registry is directed to return the original impugned orders to the learned counsel for the petitioner by substituting the same with certified photocopies. The explanation given by Mr.Mahadevan, Section Officer is accepted and further action is dropped.
