This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 17121 of 2024.

The learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that as against the order passed by this Court on 08.04.2025 in W.P.No.17121 of 2024, the first Bench of this Court passed an order of interim stay on 17.04.2026. 3.
