ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 1213 days in filing revision against the order dated 03.03.2021 passed in Crl.MP.No.180 of 2021 in CC.No.50 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, it is revealed that the petitioner has not shown sufficient reasons to condone the huge delay of 1213 days in filing the aforementioned criminal revision case. As such, this criminal miscellaneous petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 2/4

Consequently, the connected criminal revision case is rejected at the SR stage itself.
