ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to issue patta in the petitioner's name for the properties in survey Nos.75/1 and 77/4, Block -11, Ward-B, Tajpura (part), Arcot Town, Ranipet District considering the petitioner applications Nos.2024/0153/37/001539 and 2024/0154/37/001440 dated 14.05.2024 by considering his representation dated 25.6.2024.

2. The petitioner submitted online-applications on 14.05.2024 and 25.06.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case and directs the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 14.05.2024 and 25.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
