The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to issue direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2025 dated 04.03.2025, registered for the offences under Sections 281 and 106(1) of BNS, on the file of the 4th respondent police, to the some other competent agency.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The grounds taken by the petitioner are not sufficient to transfer the investigation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
