(IN CRL.MP.NO.11766/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.KANNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.

CHANDRASEKAR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in para 4 (c) of the order dated 06.05.2021 in CrlM.P.No.5733 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.285 of 2021 by this Court pending disposal of the above revision.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed Crl.R.C.No.285 of 2021 against the judgment of conviction and sentence. He would submit that the petitioner had moved Crl.M.P.No.5733 of 2021 seeking suspension of sentence and this Court by order dated 06.05.2021 was pleased to suspend the sentence and one of the condition imposed was that the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every week pending revision. The petitioner finds it difficult to appear before the trial Court every week due to his ill health and thereby he would seek that the condition to appear before the trial Court on the first day of every week shall be modified. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on the first day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. pending disposal of the revision.
