This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent that charges are to be altered u/s.307 in Crime No.211 of 2016 by considering the statement of the petitioner dated 10.07.2016.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.211 of 2016 has been registered by the respondent police. 3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report as expeditiously as possible.
