This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication dated 06.06.2024. This communication makes reference to three earlier proceedings dated 27.02.2023, 18.03.2023 and 26.05.2024. By virtue of these three proceedings, the request made by the petitioner has been rejected. Therefore, without challenging these three proceedings, no useful purpose will be served in challenging the communication dated 06.06.2024 which merely informs the petitioner about the earlier three proceedings.

When the above was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for petitioner sought for permission of this Court to withdraw and to file an appropriate petition by challenging the above three proceedings.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
