(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The allegation of the petitioner of encroachment on the road by the second respondent has not been met by any counteraffidavit by either of the respondents and thus we call upon the first respondent/Corporation of Chennai to carry out an inspection at site and verify whether any encroachment has been made by the second respondent or not and in case encroachment is found, action in accordance with law be taken to remove the encroachment. from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and action is required to be taken within a period of two months thereafter.
