Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceeding PEN/PPO/10858/D/12/E2/12 dated 24.5.12 and quash the same and direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner under the Tamilnadu Government Pensioners Health Fund Scheme within a stipulated period.
