ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider and pass orders in representation dated 02.08.2021 sent by the petitioner, within a time frame and consequently direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent herein to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and issue joint patta in the name of petitioner.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 02.08.2021 by way of appeal as against the issuance of patta by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent and, after issuance of notice and giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
