This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2021 within a time frame and consequentially direct the second respondent to cancel the Settlement Deed executed by the fourth respondent bearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Document No.4376 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 on the file of the third respondent, as per the Circular 41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
