ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the 1st respondent to produce the body of grand Daughter of the petitioner namely Sebisha, aged about 17 years before this Court by hand over to the petitioner.

2.The detenue along with her grand father and grand mother are present before this Court.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the detenue now attained the age of majority. The marriage between the detenue and Ranjithkumar Murugesan was solemnized after attaining the age of majority on 19.07.2024. The detenue states that she is now living with her husband and not willing to join with her grand parents.

4.When the detenue attained the age of majority and expressed her

willingness to live with her husband, this Court need not consider the relief as sought for in the present petition.

5.In respect of the criminal case registered, the respondent police shall proceed with the case by following the procedure as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police.
