ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 498A, 323, 355 of IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Probation Act in Crime No.598 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had preferred the complaint as against the petitioners alleging that they had harassed her in demand of dowry and ill-treated her, on receipt of the complaint the respective without appreciating the facts had registered the present FIR arraying the petitioners as A2 and A3. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation not yet been completed. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), investigation is at initial stage, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed.
