This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the Special Court for SC/ST Cases, to consider the Bail application of the petitioners herein on the same day of surrender. 2.

The direction prayed cannot be granted in view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act. Hence, the petitioners can approach the Court below for bail and the same will be considered in accordance with law without violating the spirit of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act.
