This contempt petition has been filed consequent to an order of this Court dated 11.01.2024 subsequently amended on 07.03.2024 passed in W.P. No. 15267 of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings in RC.No.5741/NB1/2024 dated 21.11.2024 stating that as per the direction of the Court dated 21.11.2024, the effective date for

giving monetary benefits to the petitioners is fixed as 18.07.2019 i.e. as stipulated in G.O.(2D) No.15 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department, dated 18.07.2019, which is placed on record. 3.
