Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 03.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.17456 of 2024. This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the Contemnor for not obeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 17456 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024 thereby, directed the second and fourth respondents to consider 1/4

the claim of the petitioner and disburse the balance medical bills amount of Rs.2,17,476/- on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. In order to comply with the order passed by this Court, the 2nd respondent in the writ petition / respondent herein vide communication dated 10.09.2025 informed the petitioner that already a sum of Rs.1,76,700/- was disbursed as eligible medical reimbursement amount and, apart from the said amount, the petitioner is not entitled for any amount as claimed by the petitioner.
