... Respondents Prayer: Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to draw panel for P.G. Asst. (Commerce) for 2010 and subsequent years, including Physical Education Teachers with preferential qualification and consequently promote the petitioners as P.G. Asst.(Commerce) by Recruitment by Transfer as per Special Rules for Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Education Service and by implementing G.O.Ms.No.132, E.S. & T.Dept. Dated 21.02.1995 with all services benefits.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authority concerned with a fresh representation and on such approach, the authority concerned may be directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law.

2.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted and this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
