When the matter was taken up for consideration on 23.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition was directed to be listed today, i.e. on 24.04.2018, under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents present and submits that the petitioner has passed away and hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
